Flights
- Standard flights booked via TIR's travel agent, 3 nights accommodation booked via TIR at Peppers Noosa and entry to all events for 2 delegates from each Tasmanian IGA store will be at no charge.
- If you selected the standard allotted TIR flights during your registration for 2nd May and 5th May 2022, TIR will book the TIR flights on your behalf. No charges will be incurred by you.
- To book flights other than the TIR allotted flights (alternative days or upgrades), you must book with Leishman Associates direct.
- When booking direct with Leishman Associates (Ph: 6234 7844), you must provide your full store number and mention you are a IGA/TIR affilliate to secure the TIR subsidy for your flight.
- Leishman Associates will apply the TIR subsidy to your booking ($590 x 2 delegates - Ltn return or $590 x 2 delegates - Hbt return).
- Additional flight charges incurred by upgrades or changes to the TIR alotted flights must be paid by the retailer to Leishman Associates at the time of booking.
- Flight changes may incur additional charges.
Accommodation
- TIR will fully subsidise your accommodation for Monday 02/05/2022 to Wednesday 05/05/2022 inclusive in a standard One Bedroom Apartment, based on a double or twin share. Value: $747.
- Additional nights pre- and post-conference and upgrades are at the delegates cost.
- TIR will debit your TIR account for any additional accommodation charges above the alloted value of the standard room and 3 nights stay.
- All additional accommodation fees (mini bar, room service, etc.) are to be settled by the delegate upon checkout.
- A cancellation fee will be incurred for late cancellation of flights and accommodation resulting in a charge to your TIR account. TIR will debit your account for any fees incurred in your cancellation if applicable.
Transport
- TIR will arrange coaches for transport.
- Your registration includes:
- airport transfers to and from Sunshine Coast Airport to Peppers Noosa for TIR's allotted flights only. Other flight arrangements will require you to arrange your own transportation to the Peppers Noosa Resort.
- transportation to the Yandina Station awards function at 6.00pm, Tuesday 3rd of May, and return to Peppers Noosa Resort.
- transportation for IGA store tours on Wedneday 4th May.
Cancellation Fees
- Late changes or cancellations may incur additional charges by the airline or hotel.
- TIR will pass on any applicable charges via your TIR account.
You can update your registration details at any time until registration closes. Change requests after the close of registrations will be assesed on a case by case basis.
